I don't have a domain or hosting. Can I still use your software?
Yes — that's exactly what the hosted plan is for. I create your account on my live infrastructure, you log in and start using it. No domain, no server, no IT person needed. You can add your own custom domain later.
How fast can I actually start using a system?
Hosted accounts are usually live within 24 hours. Self-hosted installs take 2–5 days depending on customization. A fully custom-built system takes 2–3 weeks max.
Do you work with clients outside Nepal?
Absolutely — most of my recent projects are international. I have active clients in USA, UK, Australia, India, UAE, Canada, Singapore, Germany and Malaysia. I overlap working hours with all major timezones and communicate in English.
Can the software be customized to my exact workflow?
Absolutely. Every system is built to be tailored — your fields, your reports, your branding, your invoice format, your payment methods. Tell me what's different about your business and I'll adjust the system to fit it.
What if I need a system that's not in your list?

What payment methods do you accept?
International clients: PayPal, Wise, Stripe and bank wire (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, AED). Nepal: bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, or cash. Project payments are split into milestones — typically 30% upfront, 30% mid-project, 40% on delivery.
Will I own the code if I pick the self-hosted plan?
Yes — 100% ownership. You get the full source code, database, all admin accounts and complete documentation. No license fees, no lock-in, no monthly charges. Once paid, it's yours forever.
What kind of support do you provide after launch?
Hosted plans include support, updates and security forever. Self-hosted plans include 30 days of free support after launch, plus an optional yearly support package for fixes, training and new features.
